Shine Your Light passionately supports leaders and organizations that share our mission of intentionally caretaking the earth. We offer training, coaching, and individualized retreats for environmental nonprofits, for profits, and government agencies, focusing on their specific leadership issues and needs.
SPOTLIGHT: REVERB
REVERB is a non-profit organization that uses its rock star platform to motivate music lovers to save the earth. Shine Your Light has had the pleasure of being their strategic consultant and leadership coach since they began 16 years ago.
Founded in 2004 by environmentalist Lauren Sullivan and her musician husband, Adam Gardner of Guster, REVERB creates and executes comprehensive, custom programs to green music tours while engaging concertgoers to take action for the environment.
They’re always doing something cool and fun: interactive “eco-villages” with local environmental nonprofits, farm service projects with famous musicians and their fans, visiting the rainforest in the Amazon and lobbying congress to help… If there’s an important environmental issue, you can bet REVERB is there both leading and doing their part.
REVERB believes that all of us can be active participants in protecting the environment and creating real, large-scale, and measurable change.
